AEROEMOTION is a cinematic production service based in Spain, operated by Maksym ("we", "us"). We create lifestyle films for luxury real estate clients across the Costa Blanca and Valencia regions.

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect:

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• A link to your property listing (optional)
• Any additional message you choose to include (optional)

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this website. We do not collect data automatically beyond what your browser sends in standard HTTP requests (IP address, user agent).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry via WhatsApp or email
• Prepare a tailored visual concept for your property
• Communicate about potential project collaboration

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Data Processing

Your form submission is processed by Formspree, a US-based form backend service, which delivers the data to our email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. After submission, you may also be redirected to WhatsApp to send us a direct message — this is optional and handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own privacy terms.

5. Legal Basis

We process your data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you voluntarily submit the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for up to 12 months afterward in case of follow-up. You may request deletion at any time.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
